About Shawna Hobbs

Shawna works to ensure that all performance deadlines in a contract are met and that all of our clients receive regular updates about the status of their contracts. Shawna also communicates with the lender, title company, and cooperating agent so that Carolyn can continue to manage strategy and negotiate on her clients' behalf.

 

Shawna Hobbs has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2015, and she is designated as a Master Negotiation Expert (MCNE). Whether she is managing a contract for a purchase or sale, Shawna strives to provide the best customer service and a high level of communication with exceptional organizational skills to all parties to ensure a smooth transaction.

 

From her beginnings in commercial real estate to her transition into residential real estate, Shawna's goal is to make sure our clients feel comfortable with the process of buying or selling from beginning to end.
